I have a wide range of experiences which have all contributed to the successful development of Adullam Social Enterprises (ASE). These include being a recruitment consultant, qualified trainer, working in project / operations management and in business development.
My initial focus for ASE was developing in-house staffing and training solutions by setting up a Recruitment Agency and a Training Department, both of which are now running well.
I have been with Adullam for more than 14 years, the most recent of which have been spent setting up ASE, Adullam Homes Housing Association’s first social enterprise.
